What data this host holds

Global account

What it covers: Your email, sign-in credentials, display name, avatar and account-level security records.
Where it lives: One record for the whole host, shared by every community you join.
What is public: Display name and avatar, to the communities you take part in.

Community participation

What it covers: Posts, comments, appreciation given and received, points, level, rank, lesson progress and event responses.
Where it lives: Scoped to the one community it happened in, never merged across communities.
What is public: Only what that community publishes on its public page; private spaces stay inside it.

Payments and identity checks

What it covers: Membership charges, hosting plan charges, retained-funds settlement records, payout beneficiary details and the identity checks a payment provider requires.
Where it lives: Held per money flow — hosting plan, community membership and platform commission never merge.
What is public: Nothing. Prices and membership tiers are public; your transactions are not.

Notifications and delivery

What it covers: In-app notifications, email delivery records and your per-class delivery preferences.
Where it lives: Global defaults for your account, with per-community overrides.
What is public: Nothing.

Community boundaries

Each community on this host is an isolated space: members, content and billing configuration do not cross between them. One account identifies you everywhere, while points, level and rank are counted separately inside each community — there is no global score and no global rank.
